Scheduled - We will carry out the second and final part of our planned database maintenance on Thursday, 30th July 2026, between 04:00 and 04:55 CEST (02:00–02:55 UTC).

During this maintenance, we will perform the database upgrade. The Subrite platform will be unavailable while the upgrade is in progress. We expect the downtime to last around 35 minutes within the scheduled 55-minutes maintenance window.

The following services will be unavailable during the maintenance window:
- Admin and Mypage
- Subscription and checkout pages
- Subrite API

If you have an integration that sends scheduled requests to our API, those requests will fail during the maintenance window. Please retry them after the maintenance is complete.

No data will be lost. Any subscriptions, payments, or scheduled jobs that would normally be processed during the maintenance window will be handled automatically once the upgrade is complete.

We chose this maintenance window because it is when traffic is at its lowest. We will post an update here as soon as the maintenance is complete.

Vipps login is not working on Subrite
Resolved - Login with Vipps has been restored and is working normally again. The outage was caused by a change on our side in Subrite, not by Vipps. We apologise for the disruption.

Monitoring - A fix has been deployed and Login with Vipps is working again. We are monitoring to confirm it is stable.

Update - We are still working on the Subrite Vipps login issue. Signing in with email works as normal in the meantime. We will update here as soon as we know more.

Investigating - Impact: Subrite Vipps Login — major outage

Signing in with Vipps is currently failing. Use "Sign in with email" to receive a one-time code instead. Subscriptions and payments are not affected.

This is the first of two planned maintenance windows. This one prepares our database infrastructure for the second — a database upgrade — which will be scheduled and announced separately.

The Subrite platform may be briefly unavailable during this window. We expect any interruption to last only a few minutes, not the full 30 minutes.

What may be affected while the work is running:

- Admin and Mypage access to Subrite
- Subscription and checkout pages on your site
- API requests

No data will be lost. Subscriptions, payments and scheduled jobs that fall inside the window are processed as normal once the maintenance is finished.

We picked this window because it is our lowest-traffic period. An update will follow here once the work is done.
