We will carry out planned database maintenance on Tuesday 28th July 2026 between 04:30 and 05:00 CEST (02:30–03:00 UTC).
This is the first of two planned maintenance windows. This one prepares our database infrastructure for the second — a database upgrade — which will be scheduled and announced separately.
The Subrite platform may be briefly unavailable during this window. We expect any interruption to last only a few minutes, not the full 30 minutes.
What may be affected while the work is running:
- Admin and Mypage access to Subrite - Subscription and checkout pages on your site - API requests
No data will be lost. Subscriptions, payments and scheduled jobs that fall inside the window are processed as normal once the maintenance is finished.
We picked this window because it is our lowest-traffic period. An update will follow here once the work is done.
